Working as a creative team with Judi Coe [writer to my design], we simply had a brief that they needed a website, and that they already had a logo. We asked for a few case studies to understand their business, and typical questions they were asked, and feedback they had been given. We could see that what shone through were the down-to-earth conversations they had with their clients, and the practical advice they gave them. So the branding for the site was set around the conversation, which was great as a photo-shoot was impractical with their busy workload!
