Happy Mother’s day!
There are two things we should give our children: one is roots, the other is wings. OK, so what’s that got to do with business? We are currently commemorating the centennial years of the suffragette movement, yet board level appointments for women are still lacking, so I consider myself lucky enough in my career to have worked with two female CEOs — Julie Baddeley and Rosemary Mc Conkey.
